Terms of Service

These terms cover every order on chiraqify.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our Refund Policy, Subscription Terms and Music Rights Policy are part of these terms.

What we do

Chiraqify sells paid song placements on Instagram pages we run, @chiraqify and @grlify. We use your song as the audio on a meme post, or show it on a page's profile for a set time. A placement is advertising for your music.

What you are buying

You are buying publication, not results. We do not sell or promise streams, followers, likes, views, playlist adds, chart positions or income, and we do not use bots or fake engagement. Page stats on this site describe past posts and do not predict yours.

Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order. If you order for an artist or label, you confirm you are allowed to act for them.

Song review

We review every song before it runs, within 1 business day. We can decline any song, including for hate, threats, illegal content, rights problems, or audio that is not available on Instagram. A Reel can use a custom audio file you send instead, posted as original audio. Image posts and Profile Spots cannot. If we decline your song, you can send a replacement or get a full refund.

Creative control

The pages choose the meme, caption and posting time. You cannot pick or approve the post. A mood note on Premium is a suggestion, not an approval right.

Delivery

One-time posts go live within 5 days of song approval. Plan posts join the schedule when you spend your credits and run by the end of your billing month. Your dashboard shows each post's expected date, which can move as the schedule changes, and your Profile Spot dates.

How long posts stay up

We keep each post live for at least 30 days. If we take one down sooner, we run it again for free. Instagram can remove or mute posts and audio, and we do not control that. If it does so within 7 days for a reason other than your song's rights, we run it again for free.

Paid labels

Placements are paid advertising. We label them as paid, for example with an ad label or Instagram's paid partnership tool, as the law and platform rules require.

Your dashboard and stats

Stats come from Instagram. They can take up to 48 hours to settle, and they can change or become unavailable if Instagram changes its data.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes every payment, and we never see your full card number. Sale prices end on the date shown. We can change prices for future orders.

Rewards

Every whole dollar you pay earns 1 reward point, plan renewals included. Points collect on the email you order with, unlock 14 days after the payment that earned them, and are spent from a free account on the rewards shown in your dashboard. Free posts follow the same review and scheduling rules as paid ones. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or swapped for a refund. A refund takes back the points its order earned. We may change the rewards or end the program with 30 days' notice.

Other companies' platforms

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, Spotify or Apple. Their features, including the Add button, belong to them and can change or disappear at any time.

Permission to use your song

You let us use your song, artist name and song title to run your placement and to show it in your dashboard.

Limits on our liability

We provide the service as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost income, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Rights claims

If a claim against us comes from a song you did not have the rights to promote, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Active subscribers get an email about major changes.
