Music Rights Policy

Only submit music you are allowed to promote.

What you confirm

When you order, you confirm that you own or control the rights, or have written permission, to authorize paid promotion of the song. That covers the recording, the composition, and any samples, beats and features in it.

What a song needs

• A release on all streaming platforms, or at least official audio in Instagram's audio library, usually through your distributor. Image posts and Profile Spots use Instagram's own audio, so we cannot run them with a song that is not there.
• For Reels only, a custom audio file can stand in. Send a link to the file and we post it as original audio. Original audio has no Spotify Add button.
• A live Spotify release, if you want listeners to use the Add button.

Songs we will not run

• Songs you do not have the rights to promote
• Leaks and unreleased music you do not control
• Songs that copy a real artist's voice without permission
• Content that promotes hate, threats or illegal activity

If a rights claim comes up

We can take the post down and cancel any remaining placements for that song. If the claim is valid, the placement is not refunded.

Report a problem

If you own or represent the rights to a song on one of our posts, email support@chiraqify.com with your name, the post link, the song, and how you are connected to it. We reply within 1 business day.

Streams and royalties

We do not sell or arrange streams. Spotify, Apple Music and other services pay royalties through your distributor, under their own rules. We are not a label, distributor or publisher, and we take no share of your music or earnings.
