Subscription Terms

Monthly plans renew on their own until you cancel. Cancel any time in your dashboard.
What each plan includes
- Starter, $149 a month: 3 Reels (1 free collab) + 3 images, 20% off extras, up to 2 reposts or Story shares a week, 1 pinned comment a month, and 3 days of Profile Spot time on Grlify each month.
- Growth, $349 a month: 7 Reels (2 free collab) + 8 images (1 free collab), 25% off extras, up to 3 reposts or Story shares a week, a pinned comment on every post with your song, up to 1 rollover post, and 1 week of Profile Spot time on Chiraqify each month.
- Premium, $749 a month: 15 Reels (3 free collab) + 16 images (1 free collab), 30% off extras, up to 5 reposts or Story shares a week, a pinned comment on every post with your song, up to 3 rollover posts, and 2 weeks of Profile Spot time on Chiraqify each month.
Billing
Stripe charges your card when you subscribe, then on the same date each month, until you cancel.
Cancelling
Use Cancel renewal in your dashboard. There is no fee. Your plan stays active until the paid month ends, then stops.
Launch sale rate
Subscribe before Nov 30 and you keep your sale rate while your original subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time.
Where plan posts run
Plan posts run on @chiraqify, and free posts run as collab posts on @chiraqify and @grlify. Spend your credits on approved songs from your dashboard whenever you like during your billing month. Starter's Profile Spot runs on @grlify, and Growth and Premium spots run on @chiraqify. You book included spots from your dashboard at the next open dates. While other artists are booked, your spots sit at least 7 days apart. Credits and spots you don't use expire when your month ends, except rollovers.
Free posts
Free posts are part of your monthly posts at no extra charge. They follow the same rules as the rest of your plan's posts, including expiring when your month ends.
Reposts, Story shares and pinned comments
Each week we repost or share your live posts to our Story, up to your plan's number, newest posts first. Each post gets at most one repost and one Story share, so a week with few live posts can have fewer. Unused shares do not carry over. To get a pinned comment, comment your artist and song name on the post and we pin it.
Unused posts
Unused posts expire when your month ends. Growth and Premium can roll over the number shown above, and rollovers last one extra month.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Stripe tries again and we hold your plan's posts. If the payment stays unpaid, your plan ends.
Changing plans
To move to a different plan, email us and we will switch it from your next renewal.
Price changes
We email you at least 14 days before any price change applies to your plan.
