Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run your order, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- Your details: email, artist name and Instagram username.
- Your order: song titles and links, any notes you add, and what you bought.
- Payment records: amounts, status and Stripe reference numbers. Stripe handles your card, and we never see the full number.
- Sign-in: one cookie that keeps you signed in.
Instagram data
We connect only our own pages, @chiraqify and @grlify. We read those pages' posts and post stats to show you how your placement is doing. When someone comments on one of those posts, we may receive their username so we can spot the artist's comment and pin it. We do not use your Instagram login.
How we use it
We use this data to take payment, review your song, run your placement, show your stats, send order emails and answer support requests. We also use it to meet tax and legal duties.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the companies that run this site for us:
- Stripe, for payments
- Vercel, for hosting
- Neon, for our database
- Resend, for email
- Meta, because placements run on Instagram
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your account is active, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes, and the account link in an order email expires after 7 days.
Delete your data
To see, correct or delete your data, email support@chiraqify.com from the address you ordered with. We finish deletion requests within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law. This also covers any data we received through Instagram.
Age
This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top.
